They work as “gardeners” for the demons lords essence and keep their terrible power in check; stopping them from returning to the old ways.
In the era of the Conglomerate; specially bred Succubi are made for "durability" when entertaining high level Infernals and many make their services exclusive to specific Conglomerate heads. (CEO Baphomet has thousands in his employment while chairman Torquemada has only ever accepted one for his company).
In the time of the the old SATAN empire succubi were the bane of many Infernal nobles by way of "stealing" high ranking demon seed and breeding usurping bastard demon princes who would cause civil wars for certain nobles. To combat the succubi's insidious nature all Conglomerate-bred succubi have their wombs poisoned when entering service, unsanctioned breeding with Infernal CEOs is strictly forbidden unless certain requirements are met.
