Though he protects his people fiercely he is draconian in his punishment to those who defy him. No amount of blood will sate him now and neither APE nor WYRM are safe from his wrath.
VLAD has become a pillar of what WYRM is and he might become the main character for a time away from the main Knights/Draco conflict. He has a special alliance with the Cynocephali and was blessed personally by ANU's blood. He was meant to fall in line with the great plan and submit to the WYRM line of Mehmed the Conqueror but he would not serve. ANU now considers him another rebellious son.
