Can't wait for the introduction of a new series to the list. My recommendation would have to be Haikyuu. It's a sports anime but as someone who never played volleyball and wasn't very good at any sports to begin with, I sill really really enjoyed the story. Though I am excited no matter what gets chosen.

Yes!!! I am so glad to see others recommending Monster! It is absolutely one of my all-time favorites and I definitely wouldn't call it "mainstream" personally. Something you should at least watch once. Naoki Urasawa's: Monster. For a second choice, I'd say Code Geass, though that's sorta mainstream.

I think it's a great idea to have a patreon-exclusive series reaction. As for a recommendation, I saw someone mention Monster and I definitely think it's worth watching.

I agree with the Shinsekai Yori recommendation 100%, but one very underappreciated series I think you would enjoy in particular is Space Dandy! From the same director as Cowboy Bebop actually

Mo Dao Zu Shi is the obvious hidden gem. Fantasy political war featuring Daoist exorcists produced with more budget than Ufotable? Very Zen.

It's really cool to see you expand and grow the patreon. I'll always be here to support for as long as I'm able to as how you put it, it feels like watching anime with a friend. As for my take on the anime, I'd recommend Black Lagoon. I may be bias as it's a favorite of mine but I believe its lowkey enough to not be super popular nowadays but definitely a fun watch, otherwise, take care!
