2019-12-03 14:02:31 +0000 UTCI forgot just how cinematic Part 4 is set up, really feels like a noire film which is part of why it's so great. The Arrow is one of my favorite parts of Jojo, but I'm not sure why your subtitles said it was based on evil? I thought he explained that it was based on how "tough" you are. Think of it like when Holly got sick in Part 3, she wasn't able to handle the Stand, that's sort of how it works. I don't want to overexplain it but I felt like a clarification should be in order since Stand rules have altered slightly.

2019-12-03 04:59:00 +0000 UTCHere's a few answers to some of your questions, the arrow actually awakens a stand from someone, it is still tied to that person's spirit as a physical manifestation of their life and even personality, and what was said about the more evil the more potential was more or less some throwaway line to make villains seem more "unique" since anyone can awaken a stand as long as they have the potential or will. Also a fun fact is that the bow and arrow does in appear in DIO's mansion I can't recall the episode but it's in DIO's room on the wall. I love the attention to detail David Pro puts into the anime :), take care!
