I really love old strong guys in anime hauahuahau The way that Netero is presented is very clever. It just shows how Togashi planned out this arc to set up to the next ones. I really love how Gon and Killua behave like children and that's how they became friends in the third episode, sometimes in anime they forget the age of the characters . Nice reaction as always =)

A chairman of an association of skilled and deadly hunters is supposed to be weak then? joseph saw how strong he was in this episode while he's obviously holding back so yeah its a given, yall can argue as much as you want i won't stop you but my comment is not a spoiler i stand behind that unless there's a moderator who'd disagree with me then i'll delete it.

its not, a spoiler would be to reveal the fate of the characters or name future events and arcs, this aint it i merely said he was the chairman ( which is said in the episode ) he's the strongest ( which is given since he's the chairman ) and that he was holding back ( which is in the episode )

Netero is the chairman of the entire hunter association and not just in charge of the hunter exam meaning he's the strongest hunter even tho he's an old man, he was seriously holding back against the kids so the fact that killua thought he could kill him is a joke thats brought up quite often in the fandom
