Just as Okabe is beginning to truly appreciate the butterfly effect and worry over its implications - a very casual conversation highlights how much has already changed. It's the casual nature of Daru and Mayuri when compared to the frantic reaction of Okabe - who is the only one who remembers the previous world line. It's such a simple change - but it highlights the risk incredibly well.
