Added 2022-07-22 16:05:03 +0000 UTCThe old Xibalabn Handler is someone who's been very much in the periphery but is so integral to the BONEMEN story in the big picture, I really need to get back to him. Allot of the BALAM mischief is his fault.

He is a yet to be named fallen Xibalban Lord. For most of the story he may simply be the Handler, until he needs to be someone else. Once the BALAM corruption reaches critical level the story will take a shift. Maybe something to do with the launching of the BLACK OPS units
