Look What You Did!
Added 2018-06-27 22:28:17 +0000 UTCGreetings, dwindling number of Small Beans Patrons! We just wanted to dip in and tell you how much we appreciate your continued membership, and what it's allowed us to do. Namely, a major BEAN UPGRADE in the audio department.
Behold! The expensive and awesome Clarett 8 Preamp that just arrived thanks to your contributions! Like all the best things, it is shiny and red. It will allow us to host up to 8 voices at once, make our sound quality competitive with "real" podcasting networks, and save us hours and hours of troubleshooting time because--unlike the 18-year-old-rig we've been using so far--it isn't broken!
Of course we still have major video ambitions and will be launching a new video series in the coming month or so, but this represents a fully upgraded system for us on the podcasting side of things. We can now podcast forever, at high quality, and we thank you for that.
Side Note: with this preamp, MS Werd finally has enough equipment of a high enough quality to put a rap album together, so that's gonna be a thing too.

I will never not give you my money, now that I, after years of fandom, have the ability to do so. I never thought I would ever hold someone I have never met to such a high regard. I look forward to every podcast and I am ecstatic to know I will now hear them in ULTRA HI DEF. In short, even if it means you only have one patron, like it not you're stuck with me. Thanks for all your hard work. It shows. <3
