Today, I'm going to share a method of capturing Game model and then importing it into Blender, hope this helps :).
The interception tool is Ninja Ripper1.71, which can be downloaded from official website :
Ninja Ripper v1.7.1 [GameBanana] [Modding Tools]
In fact, it has the latest version 2.x.
In addition, in the video, I used the universal unpacking tool Noesis to check the texture of ".dds", which can be downloaded here: https://appnee.com/noesis/
Note : In addition, my attachment provides a modified Blender import script : blender-import-ninjaripper-master.zip, which supports the import of rip files into Blender with the version after 2.8 (The official version only supports versions before 2.8).
Please see the video for the detailed operation process. The overall operation process is as follows:
1. Open Ninja Ripper. Set the path and export path of the target game. Other general defaults will do.

2. Click Run. In the game, press F10 shortcut key to intercept, and you will get stuck in the process of interception. When it returns to normal, it means the interception is over.
3. Open Blender and run the import script provided by the attachment. At this time, there will be an additional "Import RIP" in the import panel. Click to import, and there are many parameters available in the import panel, which is generally the default.

4. After successful import, delete the redundant resources. Attach texture materials.
