What if when sarah kills trey and herself in smash trey's line is pointing out that she has fewer lives than him, it's a little more natural and it makes the move even more self destructive. Like it wasn't even a good move it helps trey more than her.

2021-11-11 14:56:31 +0000 UTCThis might be too on the nose, but: In the tater tot scene, when Trey asks about Bojack living there now, Hanks line could resonate a lot stronger with Sarah's problems. Something along the lines of 'Well Trey, everyone needs a safe place to lay their head at night.'
