Michael and Abe discuss the recent Ice Cube vehicle, War of the Worlds. A screenlife movie where Cube saves the planet from the safety of his Amazon-brand life pod, using corporations to save humanity. It’s recently gone viral for being terrible, so we figured we’d go for that sweet viral money.

2025-08-18 23:50:41 +0000 UTCAlso, it is possible to make a good screen restricted movie, it’s called Searching: https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/searching_2018 So the technique and technical limitations are not the issue with this movie, it really is down to execution.
