Dataview -> Bases Converter

It doesn't support all dataview syntax, but is a really good start!

I'm loving bases so far, especially that you can embed them with the standard ![[my.base]] syntax.
I re-discovered yesterday that you can embed a search, using all of obsidian's advanced search syntax, too, using a `query` code block:
```query
tag:#project
```
And you can then format that output better using the Query Control plugin (which needs BRAT to install as it's not on community plugins yet) https://github.com/nothingislost/obsidian-query-control
