If you feed stops working first check you have been charged for this month, or become an annual member or pay by paypal so you don't have to worry about declines.

The app that seems to have the LEAST amount of tech issues is Pocketcasts, plus that app is free and on ios and android

If you are all paid up then just delete the patron feed or unsubscribe in you podcast app, then update your podcast app and then click the link below from your phone or tablet, this link will not work from inside the patreon app. Or just open the browser on your phone or tablet and just type this in http://www.sleepwithmepodcast.com/patronfeed
