Brainstorming: A Futa story

It's a series were people inadvertently make a deal with a succubus by making a wish of their deepest desire and she grants them. So far I've done a BDSM and a lesbian series and I have a cuckolding and a futanari in the works. I thought I'd do another futanari one.
So, what type of woman do you think would wish to become a futa? What set her off on this desire? And once she gained her futa-cock, who does she fuck with it?

Plus, this is for an Anthology in which I've agreed not to post this story as a standalone but only in other collections. So it's best it stays as a one off. Otherwise, I'd totally be down with that, Bob. Anyways, I'm writing the story tomorrow.
