Phew! That took a little bit longer than I was expecting, mainly because the story ended up being a little bit longer than I was expecting! I appreciate your patience immensely, as I keep saying. In any event, here is my latest story (no pun intended, guh): Snake Charmer!

When a robber calls to report herself, Reverb thinks that he's prepared for anything. She may have charmed the guards with her superpowers, but his suit repels mental interference! As it turns out, though, this villainous vixen doesn't specialize in mind control...

This is a story that is inspired by a few of my favorite pieces that I've personally read in the past. You may be able to tell which stories led to its creation, and I hope that this is a case of "more of a good thing" as a result. Regardless, I've always felt that there's a certain appeal to circumventing "mind" control by way of a...shortcut, let's say.

I feel like most people can relate to making a bad decision because they were "indisposed," and the idea of someone being able to do that on a whim is a deliciously dangerous one, I think.
