Daydreams (Ch. 1)

This is going to be the second superhero story in as many months, and the first in a two-part piece that I had an idea for. Please note that both of these are going to take place in the same "timeline" as Snake Charmer, so it'll make the most sense if you read that one first!
In fact, it probably won't make sense at all unless you read it first, so I really must insist.
In the wake of Reverb's humiliating loss against the mysterious Anaconda, the League of Valor has issued a temporary moratorium on its members engaging in crimefighting...and suspended the use of League-provided suits. For Vector, this means his powers are almost unusable. Will this prevent him from investigating the mysterious Indulgence club?
