The Ultimate DIY Fog Chiller!
Added 2018-09-26 15:40:52 +0000 UTCThe next in our Halloween Series line up is this DIY Fog Chiller! If you've ever seen that low-lying creepy cemetery fog that rolls across the ground and swirls around as you walk through it...this is how you make it!
It works by pumping the fog out of your basic fog machine and cooling it inside a container filled with ice. When the fog comes back out it's dense and cold and hovers above the ground instead of rising up and dissipating.
Incredibly easy to make and you probably already have the materials around the house to do it. Check it out and let us know what you think.

I am going to make a chiller this year with an old tote. What I am curious about in regards to the chicken wire, is there a reason to have the ice suspended above the bottom of the tote? I was considering just putting the chicken wire in front of the output pvc to keep the ice in. That would give a lot more volume of ice for the fog to pass through making it colder for longer.
