We're Making Another Custom Animatronic!

Hey y'all! Happy AUGUST! Spooky season is just about upon us and we're working on a TON of new videos. We're going to get as many out as we can this season and keep you posted behind the scenes along the way. :)

In our next video, we're building an groundbreaker ZOMBIE out of PVC that uses an animatronic mechanism to sway back and forth. It'll be built all from stuff you can get at the store. No 3D printing or complicated stuff required. (Well, other than a wiper motor. But that's easy and you can do it!!)

We're starting with a plastic store skeleton and doing some "corpsing" and other techniques to turn into a super cool looking rotting zombie. The skull above is from Jaimie's first test the other day which came out really cool. She's adding fake teeth, hair, eyeballs, old weathered clothes, it's going to be awesome.

The video at the top of the post is of Jay's animatronic mechanism he's building. It uses a lunch box for a (hopefully) waterproof home for the motor and (fingers crossed) is so far working beautifully.

Can't wait to show you guys! What's everyone working on for this season???
