Nightmare Mickey: Jaw/Mouth Animation

We got the jaw working!! Took a couple of days of trial and error but it works and we're happy. :)

The video above is our first test with all four movements: the 3 head servos and jaw, all at once. It's being controlled with a Playstation controller so it still takes some puppetry to make it move, but there is so much life to it!!

Still lots of tweaking to go like dialing in the limits on each servo to make sure they don't bang into each other, and making sure things are in optimal positions, but it's SO COOL to see it all moving.

Also shown here is the black areas are flocked (furry/fuzzy) and the white areas have their base coat of crackle and paint. Jaimie's going to give it a really killer paint job as always and there will be all kinds of broken bits and wires hanging out when it's done.

Oh, also the eyes are next!
