Comments

I was not a fan of the guest this week. I found he did not bring much to the discussion and did not meaningfully engage with Jeff's criticisms as much as I would have liked to hear. His theory about the religious meaning of these films is fun enough, but there is something to be said here about F9 going out of its way to talk about God and heaven multiple times. It could end up just being foreshadowing for the following films, but I think it would be more interesting to have that discussion then his absurdist take. It's small, but he did not do himself any favors in my eyes with his joke about Tom Hardy and Shia LaBeouf being "off their meds at the same time." I guess if I see his podcast I now know it's not for me, so that's something. The core crew is fun, as ever.

Devindra, I also watch and love Bosch. Same with The Good Fight and Evil. There are dozens of us!
