Maybe this is indicating some upcoming tension with the royal family since they are known to have powerful frost-element constitutions. Perhaps they claim some kind of monopoly of high-level frost constitutions, and Jiang Li's frost constitution is too strong for them to ignore? Maybe it's a competition thing? Hmmmm, that title gives lots of fuel for speculation.
