Got up at like 3pm oops. but i got what i needed to done :3

2am Leg day ⬇️

4x10 Hipthrusts (heavy)

3x10 Bulgarian split squats (med)

3x10 Cable kickback abductor (med)

3x10 Superset land mine deadlift to squat

food log:

beef bacon + egg whites + udon soup (i love soup)

had a protein fairlife coffee (42g) and heated it up for hot chocolate. it was so good.

steak and two whole eggs for din din

amino BCAA drink for pre workout

half a barbell protein bar >:3

and maybe some cookies….
