Appeals, notifications, and perks... oh my

Originally this minor update was going to mainly feature integrating Patreon into Backloggd so that you don't have to rely on me to manually update your account's perks for Patreon changes. Although over the course of the last few months it became apparent that we needed a better system for handling removed reviews. Specifically an appeal system that lets you talk directly to the site mods to get more information and figure out what can be fixed.
But an appeal system didn't make too much sense if you can't be properly notified when a mod responds or when an appeal is approved. There is currently the inbound activity feed that's used for notifications but it's not built to handle non-activity notifications such as this. So work began on adding notifications, until I ran into a snag with the engine that required a major version upgrade.
So then I spent some time upgrading the site's engine (which hasn't been done since I began the project) and making sure everything still worked once that was complete.
Currently I'm making my way back up the chain and am currently back to working on the notification features. Overall these are all features that we needed eventually, just didn't expect to get to them all with this update so it's going to take a bit longer than I originally thought. End of March is still the ideal launch but I'll let you know more as we get closer. Anyways, just wanted to give you all some insight into what's being worked on today.
