1.14 Preview #4 | UI for mobile

Welcome back to another 1.14 preview, this time taking a look at the UI for the mobile and quick log editor variants.

With the quick editor being the most used variant, I think it's important to largely keep the initial fields the same. So while navigation is a bit different, you'll still find the "core" fields intact with how it is today. I'm also removing the "advanced" expandable section in all editors in favor of a more visual tab called "Details". I found many users didn't use the advanced section or even knew of its existence. So rather than clutter the main screen with it, these fields are now located in their own dedicated panel. This will also help with expanding logging options by giving it its own space.

I'm also taking this time to bring these two variants closer to each other in design, using the same tabbed navigation, same icons, and roughly the same fields in each tab.

As I finish these ports, I'm working towards completion of the log editor UI changes. I'll then move on to completing the backend implementation and wrapping up non-editor changes for 1.14.
