SVE 1.12.11 beta update

I've updated the beta, fixing a couple issues with the new quest formats. If players have already completed the farm expansion quest, Lewis/Morris will appear on your farm giving you a quick one-liner that can be ignored.
Martin has also received three new heart events! I've added a little Martin heart event guide on the beta post, along with the updated files for SVE and Grandpa's Farm. Hope you guys enjoy them!
