Beta Update #3

The SVE 1.14 beta sticky post download links and attached content guide have been updated! This is fully compatible with pre-existing saves.

New Content

• Added a new questline.
• Added a new map.
• Added a 12 heart event for Lance.
• Added a 10 heart event for Krobus.
• Added two new secrets on Grandpa's Farm.
• Added a new secret on IF2R.
• Added water jet effects to temp actors in Lance's 10 heart event.
• Added more land to Grandpa's land expansion and freed up the area.

Gameplay Changes

• Added a summer season override to Calico Desert (no more winter paths, objects, and trees).
• Added Enchanted Grove compatibility for the "Tiny Farm" mod.
• Removed crop layers from Sprite Spring and Junimo Woods in preparation for migrating away from PyTK and TMX.
• Players are now placed directly in front of the Junimo Woods warp rune after watching the quick unlock event.
• Gunther now mentions to the player in their letter they should try putting the Galdoran Gem in a crystalarium.
• Changed how flowers spawn at Sprite Spring. All seasonal flowers now spawn throughout the year.

Balance Changes

• Rebalanced weapon damage across the board. Changes only reflect for new weapons obtained.
• Reduced Golden Ocean Flower spawns: 2 > 1
• Reduced Golden Ocean Flower sale price from 2,500g > 1,000g.
• Reduced Galdoran Gem sale price from 45,000g > 600g.
• Reduced mushroom spawns at Sprite Spring Cave by 40%.
• Slightly reduced forage spawns at Fable Reef.
• Sprite Spring flower forage now slowly accumulates until the end of the week.
• Removed Void Salmon from the Blue Junimo vendor.
• Reduced Highland Cavern ore spawns by 30%.
• Bear no longer sells mixed seeds, fiber, spring onion, salmonberry, blackberry, spice berry, wild horseradish, leek, hazelnut, and crystal fruit.
• Increased Void Delight cooking ingredients: 20 void essence > 50 void essence
• Increased Glazed Butterfish recipe cooking ingredients: 1 wheat flour > 2 wheat flour, 1 oil > 2 oil, 0 sugar > 1 sugar
• Increased Glazed Butterfish recipe unlock criteria: 5 hearts of friendship with Gus > 10 hearts

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the golden key wasn't removed from the player's inventory after use in some instances.
• Fixed an issue where Lewis tried walking to the summit before it was unlocked.
• Fixed an issue where the player's farm warp rune emitted no light on Grandpa's Farm after the Joja Emporium opened.
• Fixed an issue where the Enchanted Grove Joja Emporium warp rune emitted no light.
• Fixed an issue where players couldn't plant trees on certain grass tiles at Grampleton Fields.
• Fixed an issue where players were glitched into a wall during the guest room cutscene (sorry about that). Players can use this SMAPI command to replay the event: debug ebi 65360193
• Fixed an issue where Joja patches on Grandpa's Farm didn't have correct coordinates.
• Fixed an issue where spouse areas for SVE characters appeared before the wedding day.
• Fixed an issue where players couldn't complete Morris' land expansion quest 
• Fixed Drake's Sunday dialogue.
• Fixed several typos.
• Fixed misc. issues.
