Hmm, bad ass female villains? Nope, sorry, can't think of a single one on this show. ;) All good things in time. :) And technically this isn't a spoiler, seeing as the show ran for 7 seasons and law of averages would say that you're gonna get at least 1 female villain in that whole time. :)
