What’s strange is that is way more what Highschool teachers are like but they never really had the teachers at Sunnydale be mean.

If I whispered something under my breath during a lecture the professor wouldn't even HEAR it, never mind actually respond and make me stand up and defend some snark. Or that one in the beginning of season 4 who kicked her out, as if people can't just audit a class? It's SO weird.

By the way, re: last episode, Anya's main problem with Willow is that she fear Willow'd steal Xander from her, Willow's gay but her and Xander having a thing in season 3 is what brought Anya to Sunnydale).
