This is definitely a low point. The strong second-hand embarrassment and the fact that it’s late in the series when there aren’t many episodes left make it particularly irksome.

2023-12-24 02:32:56 +0000 UTCI hate these kind of filler episodes coz there's usually one or two things in the story but then there are so much of these. Like ever since they introduced the new villain in the first episode that changed into many other characters we've seen nothing and they just keep throwing filler episode after filler episode. And I know what's gonna happen but we have to get through all these filler episodes. It can be annoying. Typically when it's really tired tropes. For me it's the musical and insane asylum ones I hate the most. I was surprised that she liked the "Insane asylum" episode coz that's like in every show and I hate it every time. But at least in that one it was more creative where they actually incorporated Buffy's real life into it.. unlike in Star Trek: TNG, Smallville, Charmed and every other show that has it just takes place fully in the asylum where they're trying to convince the character that their life is a schizophrenic delusion.
