Since you said that you hadn’t watched a Ghostbusters movie in a long time—the 2021 “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” is surprisingly good with a really nice tie-in to the original movies.

The only one I can think of that comes close in the 80's was the Sheena Easton "For Your Eyes Only" music video of the 1981 James Bond film, thanks to Easton's great vocal performance - of course as a romantic ballad it couldn't come close to matching the energy and goofy fun of Ghostbusters. Maybe she should have gone with "Who ya gonna call? James Bond!"
