I just noticed this, but I'm not sure what your source for Buffy is, but it's possible that 6x01 and 6x02 are a single long episode depending on how you're watching, so that might affect the schedule a bit.

I hope you managed to avoid any spoilers; it was one of the few movies that was truly surprising to me (saw it at the cinema when it came out). FYI for those who are only here for the Buffyverse and might not be interested in the movie reactions: The Cabin in the Woods is not only really good but written by Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard (a writer on Buffy and Angel) and directed by the latter.
