Yes. I was thinking the same thing yesterday. The season is all about consent.

Willow used magic on her friends, on her partner without consent even after being called out on it and now Amy used magic on Willow without her consent. I think this season is as much about addiction as it is about consent or at least that's Willow's arc so far in my opinion.
