It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such an old-school over-the-top action flick. It’s fun but I wonder what it might have looked like if they’d made it a more serious, character-driven thriller instead. Shooting a gun that was submerged in water would probably work by the way. It’s not exactly safe, especially if there’s still water in the barrel, but the cartridge should be watertight and still fire.
