I really recommend a rewatch in like a year. I have seen this show a million times and it never gets old and so many things you forget about. Also it makes me soooo mad that Xander jokes right after finding out about Anya. Anya was the love of his life and probably the best thing that’s ever happened to him. I feel like Xander would be on his knees in absolute shambles. I also think the only reason she dies is because they had to kill a major character but it couldn’t be the core scoobies which makes her death feel kind of cheap. I still love this finale but they way they conduct Anya’s death has always made me mad. Also I think back to if it had ended with season 5 that Anya and Xander would have had their happy ending even if Buffy had died.
