2024-08-04 10:27:42 +0000 UTCGlad you liked this one. Always nice to see Maleager- he has such a sweet relationship with Gabrielle. This was such a great gabrielle character episode. We get to see how much of a trusting good hearted person she is and how that can be both good & bad. How brave she is in standing up for people she believes in. The whole 'putting people on a pedestal' discussion was super interesting. You could tell although Xena was speaking of Maleager she was thinking of herself. She fears disappointing gabrielle and unworthy of her goodness. Super interesting! Now what about the pedestal Xena puts gabrielle on. I'd wager it's even higher.
