By the gods, I can’t believe you’re almost at Season 3. The show takes a drastic but necessary turn in Season 3. So hold on to your hat. It’s a rollercoaster ride of emotions as Mary Smith said. Season 3 is highly regarded as the best season in the fandom and you’ll see exactly why it is. It’s my personal favourite for many reasons. Not just for where it takes our lead characters. Because… it takes them. This season has the best of drama and the best of comedy that genre TV can offer. Genre TV is a visual experience sorely missing in today’s climate. You never get a TV show that can be both an effective drama and comedy at the same time. But the 90’s/early 00’s absolutely nailed it! Xena nailed it!
