That is a truth with modification... Yes sure, some ppl have a mangled idea of the moving parts on full plate armor. But they are still heavy and clunky, especially if you carry ringmail beneath.

Sure you had to learn how to walk in it because of joints between the legs(cowboy walk) but otherwise you could do pretty much anything in it.https://youtu.be/qzTwBQniLSc take a look at this
