March 2016! Featuring Vapira!

You might notice the lack of updates and the two condensed ones at the tail end. These will be the last three pages I will submit before I go on hiatus.

Why a hiatus so soon into the comic? To rectify a few things.

This is my first comic, it's also my first time doing a lot of what I'm doing, and due to that I've stumbled into a few hiccups. I'm lucky to have caught these early and not further in, which is why I'm going on hiatus to create a 8 page buffer. I'll also be correcting prior mistakes and problems from earlier pages. I've been stressing myself out trying to complete pages and get everything out on time- and in doing so the comic hasn't been meeting MY standards, nor has it done justice for my creative vision - I want this comic to be something I'm proud of, not something I'm rushing through. I want it to be as close to the image in my minds eye. I need time, and focus.

How long will this hiatus be?

As long as it takes me to complete the 8 pages, and no sooner. I was foolish enough to jump in with a 2 page buffer and then tripped over myself in the process. I know now that I need a reasonable window to complete work on this comic. It is a huge undertaking! I am the writer, and the artist. Everything you see done is entirely by me, I have no help. 

No worries though! Even tho the comic will be on hiatus, updates, and images for you guys won't be! as I complete the pages I'll be uploading them HERE! You'll be seeing everything before everyone else is. I'll also be working on other projects while working on the comic pages. Like freelance work and fun relaxing side images- due to my crunching on time I haven't had time to draw for leisure. (aside from the sketches $10 patrons see.) I miss it and I want to return to that. There's so many characters that won't be showing up in the comic until much later that I miss drawing. I also have t-shirt designs and other logo work to finish as well. 

All in all I hope this doesn't deter any of you and I hope you enjoy what I cook up during that time.  Calendar images will still be made, they just won't have update days until the hiatus is over. (and hey! You will get first word of that too!)
