Hey all, me again! Let’s say you all take the next step in your movie podcast partnership and purchase a local indie movie theater together. What would you choose to change/upgrade, and what aspects of the theater experience would you know you want to change (perhaps being on record as saying you’d change), but ultimately wouldn’t? Would you, for example, think about dynamic pricing, whether it be per movie, or per seat area? What concessions or ticket strategies would you try? Etc etc. Some ideas I would try to implement: Trying to have live events on a screen or two (eg NFL Sundays) Showing older classic movies on days with historically less traffic Showing certain tv shows as they premiere (could be fun watching the Succession series finale with a crowd)! Can you talk about animation and it is an effect? If Marcel the Shell is an animated movie should Clash of the Titans or Roger Rabbit be? Are there lines for this?
