Stepping Down - JambeeBot is discontinued, SnaccPop to be the new full management

Hey everybody.

This is going to be my last message to you all as JambeeBot.

Thank you for the amazing time that I’ve had. But now I have decided that being an art influencer is difficult, hard, and something I was not mature enough to handle, nor was I mentally, physically, or emotionally ready for it. Overall, the amount of people is overstimulating, and I have been dealing with severe panic attacks, manic episodes, PTSD episodes, and have taken to a generally toxic lifestyle to cope with it.

I’m going to be focusing on minding my own business, reducing stress for the sake of my health, and my work here will be for me, because I enjoy making silly ideas and seeing them come to fruition. But ultimately, as I’ve said before, the human brain can only create and memorize 150 relationships at a time.

I struggled and flailed as JambeeBot, and in that I didn’t notice how I was allowing my decaying mental and physical health not only become other people’s burdens, but something that pushed friends away and even hurt them.

And I am truly sorry that I never came to this realization sooner. But I’m taking a hard left turn, and focusing on myself and the things I was passionate about. My art, made for me.

JambeeBot on Twitter will be disappearing soon, and I will be focusing my efforts on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

I will continue to work on Sunny Day Jack, AphroDesia, DachaBo, The Groom of Gallagher Mansion, and one final mystery surprise. Updates will be posted here, episodes and podcasts will be posted here, and some Patreon exclusive art, as well as art for public consumption.

I will be stepping away from widespread interactions with strangers who are not known to me as friends, and people who I am not familiar with. I will be gravitating towards a life IRL. And I will be removing as much stress as possible from my life.

Again, I am sorry it came to this. I‘m not proud of how low I fell. But I’m following smaller stars, and chasing them with all MY heart. And maybe someday, when I’m a fully grown adult (21 is NOT mature enough to handle something like this), when I’m able to see professional help, and when I’ve become a better person than the one I’m disappointed with now, I’ll be ready for 8k wonderful, amazing people.

We have AphroDesia episode #3 finally slated for this coming Tuesday, and #4 halfway written. We’re still discussing better means of getting it to you all, however, and in my free time I may just begin to dabble in comics.

Sleepy Time Jack’s programmer got a bit busy with IRL, but we’ve rebuilt the entire game in NaniNovel to reduce crashing/glitching.

Sunny Day Jack will be coming to Kickstarter soon, after we find out the appropriate budget. We are looking at an October release, and after that we will pretty much be in the home stretch!
