"Come one, come all to St. Valens - Crime capital and home to some of the world's sleaziest crooks, most deadly assassins' and strangest yet most competitive crime syndicates you'll ever see.

Jambee is one such crook, owner of the biggest of said syndicates and the world's only aphrodisiac parlor. However, his life of leisure and an insatiable taste for action has finally taken their toll on his professional image. And now, as he's further from his top game than ever before, even small-timers now feel safe and compelled to go after him.

Missing papers, two attempts on Ruby's life, and an attempt to climb the currently destabilized ladder in the St. Valens pecking order are individual reasons enough to keep Jambee on his toes. Altogether, though, they spell a recipe for disaster.
