I’m writing to you with 2/3 major homework assignments done and sent in.
I apologize for updating everyone yet again on the state of things. But because of all the sick time I took at the start of the month with splices of minor relapses in between, I’ve been catching up on work for a while now. And February being a shorter month than any is also super frustrating, with collateral burnout just floating atop it all.
I sadly don’t have the energy this time to upgrade everyone this time around. But here’s what I’ve lined out priority wise-
March 1st - Final IRL homework submission + February Rewards work
March 1st-7th - February Rewards Work + BoTM announcement + Monthly Address + Remaining Dexter Art
I cannot apologize enough. I’m talking with the team who have kindly offered to help with some decisions behind the scenes. And we’re hoping to move to a model of rewards still which provides actual physical merch so I can prioritize work.
I’m so sorry. And thank you so much for your current patience. Admittedly, a lot of today and yesterday was planned for rewards. But class time, irl job responsibilities, and the need for sleep has cut into that. The sleep was really nice, though. So thank you for that!

Please take as much time as you need for yourself! Speaking for myself, the work you all do is amazing and you are all extremely active. Taking time to focus on you is perfectly reasonable and absolutely warranted. Honestly, a little wait here and there just makes the rewards more rewarding.

And by that same token, congratulations on taking time and allowing yourself grace to rest. Self-care is a skill like anything else, and practice makes perfect. Invest in yourself unapologetically: I would hope an 18+ community could celebrate/appreciate little victories of work/life balance more than most.
