I try to do as much storytelling as possible with illustrations alone, but just a few lines of dialogue as icing on top can really add a whole new dimension to the atmosphere :D! I even once considered making doujin with no text www but now that I think about it, it is probably too extreme and not a good idea.

No need to add too many, but just a few very simple lines - they don't even have to be special - makes a huge difference imo.
