Two Page Monster Hunt: Stomping Grounds + a bonus hunt

This is the first CR 1-4 hunt I have posted in a while. Most of the votes typically go towards a CR 5-9 range since I started creating these hunts, but for the first time I can share with you one of the hunts I have used during my patreon games. It also took me much longer than planned to get this out this month due to some car issues and helping someone prepare a house to sell.
