Where Did My Pledge Go? - Patreon Mass Card Decline
Added 2023-08-02 21:26:25 +0000 UTCHello! We're just letting all of our Patrons know we've received somewhat of a word that Patreon has accidentally declined many hundreds of cards, including many of our own Patrons.
If you have applied for a perk, or find you or your friend's Discord memberships have been altered, please know that you were not banned, removed, or kicked.
We aren't sure what's going on at the moment, but we are trying to reduce the impact on our Patrons!

2023-08-06 07:21:58 +0000 UTCI was one of the unlucky ones and was very confused on what was happening when I saw that the payment wouldn't go through, but I finally managed to make it go through so thankfully I get to see things again ;; kinda sucks that it feels like I broke a "streak" in a way though...

2023-08-05 14:09:04 +0000 UTCI had the same problem too. I was scared because I thought I haven't paid my credit card bills but... SURPRISE I DID! So I tried to pay with my old card but I couldn't... lucky me I have another one so this time I could be a good person who pays her debts :3

2023-08-03 01:03:25 +0000 UTCI noticed the app needed updating at the time of payment as well. But I completely had to renew my patronage and add a separate payment method as a backup before it would accept.
