Two Page Monster Hunt: End of a Dark History

This months hunt is our very first CR 20+ hunt. As such i felt it was only appropriate that we go big. This hunt is meant for a group of four 20th level hunters. In this hunt, your players will be under a time limit, set by you ,to stop the return of Fatalis. This hunt deviates slightly from our standard hunting system, of tracking down the monster.
Instead the hunters will make their way across 5 areas to the Tower, located in the desolate lands north of the Great Forest, using the standard roles and rules we have used in every hunt. Then they will enter the tower and battle their way to the top, where they will either fight Fatalis, or the cultists attempting bring him back into this world.
Disclaimer: I believe the encounters in this hunt should be theoretically sound, but they are level 20 characters so it is possible that certain classes may trivialize some encounters. Just be careful on letting players min/max on this hunt if you are doing it as a 1 shot.
In the attachments below, you will find the PDF of the hunt. Currently I do not have any maps for the tower or outer area, but with the release of dungeondraft later today, I will be trying my hand at some new maps that you will most likely see in the coming weeks.
