Hey hey it’s Rey again~

For the end of the month, I’ve come to bring you a TGOGM wallpaper! (tiny confetti noises yippie) and I’m so excited for you all to see! Oh man when I tell you I was excited to make this, I was SO excited!! Of course I love Something’s Wrong With Sunny Day Jack, btu I also have a deep love for The Groom of Gallagher Mansion. I followed the production all the way until it was released, and I grew super attached! The characters, the story, the acting, I love it all! Especially Taylor, I am a huuuuge simp for Taylor and nothing will ever change my mind. I love him so much man,,, this game is one of my absolute favorites and I am super happy to share that in this piece with you allI was inspired by a combination of things, but the big main inspiration was Mystery Skulls and Coraline! With Coraline, the tunnel in which Coraline crawls through to get to the other side really inspired me for the background, as I wanted to make a piece representing how the deeper you go into finding out the mystery and truth behind the Gallagher name, the more secrets and tragedy you find. The glass shards from Elias’s grandmother’s mirror, the rose petals, some portraits, and newspapers of the Gallagher family. Just little secrets that sweep around you and pull you in deeper into Elias's history and what happened.**

Mystery Skulls’s music was also a big inspiration for me making this piece with the colors and overall feel to the work! In the beginning scene of their music video “The Future” where Arthur is falling down into the pit of the cave, I got REALLY inspired to do the poses and coloring, being vibrant and colorful yet keeping a touch of that darkness in.
