Ive always wondered if sand bending is an off string of earth bending(as in only some people may do it) but apparently not its just straight up earth bending, if you know how. Like metal bending.

Korra knows better than anyone that just because you have hard things going on, it doesn’t give you an excuse to be a jerk and Korra tried being patient with her the whole episode. Lin needed someone to tell her that how she was acting is not okay. Korra was perfectly in her right to say that to Lin in my opinion.
