Exactly. If Tonraq and Tenzin didn’t keep so much from Korra this wouldn’t be happening. She thinks since he revealed those two major secrets, can stop dark spirits AND was right about opening the spirit portal to calm the spirits down that he was right about the northern army helping the south too. People are way too hard on Korra this season. She’s put in an impossible position. I’m just glad they see that (:

2021-01-10 16:35:47 +0000 UTCI feel like a lot of the red flags are only red flags to viewers cause the show can frame something as ominous by using music and specific angles to influence us. Korra doesn't really have a reason to distrust Unalaaq since he is her uncle, and the leader of the water tribe, who has so far only told her the truth and helped with spirit attacks.
