Wierd thumbnail question
Added 2021-10-28 16:48:35 +0000 UTCDo you guys think my thumbnail to 1x24 of AOT should be a different frame or image? The video is premiering ok views wise, but tbh I expected a bit more. Anything I should rework thumbnail or title wise?

While asking Kenny I think you should keep the episode in the centre as on other thumbnails in mobile you can't read what episode number and name it is, another tip I have learnt from skillshare is if you have AOT E24 reaction in the thumbnail, which you do via your faces and titles then you can title the video different. For example start with girlfriends first reaction to Attack on Titan episode 24. Reason being we read thumbnails first and we already know this info it's AOT and episode 24 so what's next? Girlfriends first reaction and then the show a second time. That's what I've learnt at least!

2021-10-29 01:40:08 +0000 UTCI think the thumbnail is good, if you are going to switch it up… maybe switch it to when Eren has that fire form (not sure if that’s the next ep). Also a lot of your viewers might still be at school as it is a Thursday, I wouldn’t panic too much

2021-10-28 17:09:34 +0000 UTCI have a weirder question. Could you maybe fix the uploads on here? What I mean is, I’m on the $20 tier and I’m getting notified about EVERYTHING! If you upload episode 1 if season 2 I’m still getting notified everytime you upload previous episodes. It isn’t a big deal, it’s just every time I see an AoT upload I think it’s the next episode and I click it just to see it’s from season 1. I don’t know if you can even separate which tiers sees what or not. If you can’t, then disregard this question. If you can…. Could you do it? Please?

2021-10-28 16:57:03 +0000 UTCThe only advice I would give is look at thumbnails for other reaction content. YouTube tends to push content that has a thumbnail with people making the "YouTube face". That sort of over excited look like your mind is being blown. It might behoove you guys to take some photos of yourselves showing various emotions and use those for thumbnails instead of screen grabs from the original video.

I made the image on the thumbnail in photoshop, so maybe people aren’t clicking as much cause they don’t recognize the episode.
